Cruz Barragan

Cruz’s journey into renovation began on job sites, spending weekends working for his family’s construction business. His curiosity about how things work led him to earn degrees in Automotive Technologies and Business — attending both Eastern Michigan University and the University of Alabama.

Before returning to construction, Cruz built a career in data science and engineering, helping organizations across Asia, Europe and Latin America improve their operations.

Today, he brings that engineering mindset to BlueBridge: precision, clear communication and organized project management. He believes in showing up, working hard and helping others do the same.

Crystal Barragan

Michigan-born Crystal grew up helping her family with hands-on projects, from homes to barns. Her father, a Vietnam Veteran and Purple Heart recipient, taught her the value of hard work and dedication. Summers in Arkansas and Missouri added a lasting connection to Southern life.

Her interest in people led to certifications in microexpression analysis and John Wooden leadership coaching, alongside experience in acting and cinematography. At BlueBridge, she puts that understanding of people to work through trust, value and attentive customer care.

Crystal serves on the Board of the Bridges Domestic Violence Center, is a member of the Williamson County Chamber and serves on the Women in Business Steering Committee. Outside work, she enjoys dirt biking, ATV riding, snowmobiling and camping.

BlueBridge began as a modest painting company with a simple goal: treat every client’s home with respect. As clients asked for help with drywall, flooring and kitchen remodels, the team grew alongside trusted local suppliers and vendors.

Today, BlueBridge coordinates everything from single-room refreshes to full-home renovations. Our philosophy stays personal: handle the details, respect your vision and help you step into a home you love.
